Logistics, sales, and admin teams needed one platform for supply-chain records — not scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Aqeeq delivered a centralized React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL dashboard with AURA for AI-assisted operations across every participating team.

Key challenges

Export and logistics work spanned sales orders, dockets, shipments, and master data across teams that did not share one system. Peak harvest volume exposed spreadsheet handoffs and delayed exception handling. Leadership lacked a live view from intake through dispatch, and operators answered the same status questions from disconnected sources.
